"Parking was honestly a bit much"
The food was fine, nothing I felt too strongly about either way, but the parking situation kind of stuck with me. It just felt like one of those annoying little things that throws off the whole visit. The lot was full, and I had to loop around for a while before I finally found a spot. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not something I’d want to deal with again if it’s busy

"I found what I wanted pretty..."
I found what I wanted quickly and checkout was smooth. I had a small question before ordering, and support basically said, "just pick your meal and follow the checkout steps," which turned out to be exactly that easy.

"Kind of Disappointing"
I really wanted to like this, but of course it ended up being just okay for me. The flavor wasn’t terrible or anything, but the sauces tasted a bit flat, like they were missing something. I feel like I always get stuck with the one that doesn’t quite live up to the hype.

"Fine for a Quick Bite"
The atmosphere was okay overall. For some reason, it felt a little loud and rushed when I went, and the seating area was plain. Nothing was really bad, but it wasn’t super cozy either. I’d say it’s fine if you’re just grabbing a quick bite, but not really the kind of place I’d want to sit and hang out for a while...

"Finally got everything right"
Everything was actually correct this time, and nothing was missing, which was a relief. I’ve had issues before, so I was fully expecting to deal with something being wrong again, but thankfully it all showed up the way it was supposed to.

I grabbed lunch from rumbi recently and it was okay overall. The rice bowl had a nice enough flavor, and the veggies tasted fresh, which I appreciated. The chicken was a little on the dry side though, and there wasn’t quite enough sauce for my taste. If you’re in the area and need a quick lunch, it’ll do the job, but I’d probably recommend asking for extra sauce to help it out a bit. Not bad, just not somewhere I’d go out of my way for

"Healthy-ish, but kinda limited!!"
I was glad to see there were some healthy choices on the menu, but honestly... there just weren’t that many options!!! What they had was okay, but I was hoping for a bit more variety, especially if you’re trying to eat lighter or make better choices??

It was an okay visit overall, though the tables looked like they hadn’t quite been gotten to yet. I would’ve felt a little better sitting down if they’d had a quick wipe before we arrived

"Easy to Find a Seat"
I’ve been to Rumbi a few times now, and one thing I’ve appreciated is that seating has always been easy. It can look a little busy at first, but we’ve still managed to find a table without much trouble. It’s nice not having to stand around too long while your food cools off. Makes it a simple spot for lunch with family or friends.

"Easy spot for the whole family"
I really like Rumbi because there’s a good mix of options, so it doesn’t feel like you’re stuck choosing from the same kind of food every time. They have bowls, salads, tacos, different meats, sauces, and it’s easy to switch things up depending on what you’re in the mood for. It’s one of those places I can go with my family and everyone finds something they want, which makes it an easy choice

"Rewards add up fast"
I grab Rumbi for lunch a lot. The rewards are actually solid. Points show up quick, and using them is easy. No weird app confusion. I got a free bowl last week, which was awesome. If you already eat there, it’s worth it.

My kids actually eat here without making it a whole situation, which... is a win. The portions are a good size, and the options aren’t too weird for picky eaters. It’s become an easy family dinner choice for us when we need something quick

I’ve been here a few times now it’s been basically the same every visit, and I mean that in a good way. The food comes out fresh, my order has actually been right every time, and the staff is usually nice enough. Like, why is that so hard for some places? This spot manages to keep it simple and not mess it up, which I definitely appreciate.

I’ve ordered from Rumbi a few times now for both pickup and delivery, and it’s been solid every time. The food is usually ready quick, still warm when I get it, and my order has always been right. Delivery even showed up faster than I expected once, which was a nice surprise 🙂 No complaints from me, just a super easy option when I’m not in the mood to cook

"Easy to order with food restrictions"
I have a few food restrictions, so eating out can sometimes feel like a hassle, but ordering from Rumbi was straightforward. I was able to make a couple swaps without it turning into a big deal, and the staff seemed to actually know what they were talking about when I asked about ingredients. My bowl came out the way I ordered it, which I really appreciated. Nothing over the top, just a solid experience that made me feel comfortable asking for what I needed.

"Hours could be clearer"
rumbi is fine overall, honestly. The food has been decent the few times I’ve gone, so like, no real complaints there.
The main thing for me was the hours. I checked online before heading over, and it wasn’t super obvious whether my location was still open. Then when I got there, they were already starting to close up.
Not the end of the world or anything, but yeah, it was kind of annoying since I had planned dinner around it. It’d be nice if the hours were updated more clearly on the website.
